Hey im 15 ive missed my period for 2 months. Ive heard that exericise could be a reason. i havent had gym for 3 years and started this year and it involves alot of exericise. Could that be the reason?

it may be a reason for it, the other thing is that you are still young and it may just be the way it happens, even at 21 i skip them for a couple of months at a time, however i did find that the best thing to do is talk to my dr as there was a reason for mine, nothing serious but something worth knowing about, i dont want to scare you because chances are it is just something simple like you are a bit stressed, still the only way to put your mind at rest is to speak to your gp.

i missed mine for 4 months at a time at your age... mine were very dodgy so i ended up going on the pill to sort them out. its nothing unusual, especially if you're doing a lot of exercise or a bit stressed. if you're having sex it might be a good idea to see your gp though...

ye it could be the reason but if you've being doing what you should't be then go and see your doctor or just get a preg test! good luck

i missed period when your agejust takes while for body to work prop. i was told to eat healthy and plenty exercise. seems to have worked

sometimes this happens. Stress, weight loss, gain, you should see a doc if this really concerns you
