I cheated on my man and now I feel guilty about what i did ..... what should I do?

Ask yourself why you did it, do you no longer want to be in this relationship, or was it one of those stupid moments? I wouldn't tell him as you could risk everything, secrets are not good, but sometimes its the best way. Learn from your mistake and resist the temptation again or risk losing everything

Well we all have to live with the consequences of our actions - and now guilt is the consequences of you cheating. i would say what you should do depends on the circumstances and what you want to achieve. If you succumbed to a weak moment and there is no way your man will find out and you want to keep him, then you will have to keep quiet and your guilt will be the cross you have to bear. If it is likely your man will find out, then maybe you better tell him before someone else does.

If you had the courage to cheat in the first place,then you have the courage to tell your(hopefully ex)b/f.You are about to hurt some one because of your selfishness-i hope there are no children in your relationship with you and your b/f,they will be hurt too in time.You see now why cheating doesn't work?

this is difficult to answer becuase i hate the idea of people cheating on each other. You should tell him and see what happens becuase otherwise the guilt will eat you up. But if i was him Id dump you like a large stone and move on, but he might just forgive you.
