No, the Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Something has to exist before you can amend it. So switch these.

Also, I believe you mean the "Treaty of Paris" which ended the Revolutionary War, which should be after the Declaration of Independence. Switch these as well.

There are two Treaties of Paris. The one most often called the Peace of Paris was in 1763. It ended the French and Indian War. Assuming that is the one you mean, the order would be:

Peace of Paris
Articles of Confederation
Declaration of Independence
Constitution
Bill of Rights
