On the bus, my good friend Tommy got accused of threatning to kill someone, but I know he wouldn't do such a thing. Also, the guy who reported me threatened to rape me earlier. Tommy has already been suspended and I don't know what to do!

If this moron that is reporting is giving false information than I would go to the principle and report the truth and the more it contradicts this moron the better. Also get a few friends to back you up if possible. Make sure you get your side of the story on record. Then get an after school job and hire an asian gang to beat the lying snitch up.

Everyone at some point in time says "I'm going to kill you" ir something like that. Most people can tell whether or not the person means it. This guy took it literally which furthured his goal. I think that the guy that reported him if he is the guy who threatened to rape u got tommy out of the picture to get 1 of ur defences down. with tommy gone be on ur guard and tell some1 u trust. As for Tommy, if u know 4 sure he wouldnt do that then stand by him and try to apeal to the correct people and get him back asap. if u tell these people that this guy threatened to rape u then they wont take him as a credible source. (oh and for future have urself bugged with a recorder so u can get these things on tape)

First, TELL AN ADULT ABOUT RAPIST THREAT!!! why? for you can have parental aid near you and it will less likely to happen if they know and keep watch. ~~~~ about your friend Tommy, if you know him as the friend he is then you know he's innocent. Just be by his side if simliar trouble becomes bigger to back him up and proove them wrong.
If you feel unsafe about the threats, you report it (like they report it on tommy), stay near friends, and have witnesses that he said such thing to you. We don't want a creepy threatening (wanna be) rapist get away by lieing.
Also refrain yourself from telling Tommy if you think he's going to react in a way that will get him in more trouble. But if you feel safer in telling him do so.
Wish you luck and safety. oh yeah tell mom and dad about the entire situation. We can't win and fight all battles alone.

Ok number 1 tommy isnt a good frend if he did this so wipe him off ur frend list. also tell a counceler about the guy who threatend to rape you , you never now he might!!!!! also always have ur frends w/ u to support u and to help u!

first things first bail out your boy
tell the principle that there is no way that that guy could have threatened him and then tell about the kid who has threatened you then tp his house after establishing a strong "false" alibi then threaten the threatener tell him that if he ever opens his mouth to say something not nice again you'r gonne fill his mouth with a boot

Find a trusted teacher or adult at your school. tell them the whole story and let them deal with it from there. Noone has the right to threaten you then use your friends to make it worse. I'm sooooo sorry for you. xXx
