Advertise them and make money!
There are outfits that will come in and palatalize your rocks. They will pay you $$ for each pallet of rock. This is big business in PA.
Be sure that whomever 'buys' your rocks, cleans up the land afterwards and doesn't leave landscape torn up from the skidsteer/equip they use.

try the above site...all you do is join and post stuff you want to get rid of and you can also post for items you are looking for
you can also run an ad in your local paper that says free fill rock..you haul and give your number

Well if you enabled the email feature in your profile someone might get ahold of you if they want rocks. It does keep your address confidential.

put an ad on craigslist.com. people will show up for free rock... guaranteed.
