i saw a boy with what looked like sneakers on but they had a small wheel on the heel so he could walk OR roll. do you know the name of them??

they are called heelys. Go to heelys.com and you can find all of the kind of shoes they make. There are even training heelys. Also the price range is about 60 to 100 dollars. I got heelys evolution. There are different types of wheels. There is something called a double wheel where it looks like two wheels but it is just one with an indent in the middle. Then there are just flat wheels. They vary in wideness.

The actual name is gladiator heels or sandals. "Gladiator" comes from the lace tie-ing up your calf muscle like the gladiator warriors did in the old times!
