Get their number from caller ID, then go to www.whitepages.com and look up the number using the reverse phone book.

if you know the phone number try yellow pages.com. Go to the reverse telephone type in the number. You do have to pay but only if they find the answer. I think it is $15.00. If not you can call the phone company or maybe get detailed billing.

call the number, say "can u call in a min. or two?" then call 911, and when the guy [or girl] calls again the police will track it, then they will deal with it.
