Hi,
If you know the name of the printer, eg Epson, HP etc, go to there website and go to the help line of the company and ask the same question and normally you get a download of the soft ware. make sure you have you new printer connected and on.
Normally the plug and play mode will put you on the right track
Hope this will help

Some HP already have pritner software installed on the computers.. So Plug it in and see if it works.. I am sure for a fee that HP will send you the software. :)

Look for the printer on the HP website and download the driver. If you want all the other bells/whistles (i.e. imaging, etc.) then you'll need to order the disc from them.

If you have windows you should be able to install it without the driver. Go to Start, Control Panel, Printers and Other Hardware, and then Add Printer.
Hope that works!
