I have no clue why i am so stressed. But
I have been breaking out alot, and not being able to focus. I need some serious relaxation tips! Please dont say exercise I do enough of that in soccer, cheerleading, and dance. I dont need more trust me.

You should try meditation or yoga. Just take a few minutes, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, (like 10 would be fine), and clear you mind for a second. You'll be amazed what 10 deep breaths can do.

As far as stress, that's life!! It will never be stress free. But you can deal with it.

No life is stress free. Try meditation or yoga, these are great for relaxing the mind and body. Read a book, this is also quite relaxing. Things like this should lower your stress levels.

Both my daughter and I take a vitamin supplement called Stress Relief.

My daughter is in University and plays alot of sports before she started taking Stress Relief she had a hard time dealing with everyday events and her exams as well. She also had a hard time sleeping. Since she started taking them she is much calmer and sleeps alot better. Things don't get to her like they used to.

Mother: I hated the world I hated going into work everyday and facing the stressful day ahead, now things don't get to me like they used to and now I just go with the flow.

If you are doing three competitive activities as well as schoolwork you may be overbooking yourself. You can try some relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga, but what you really need is to balance your time. Make sure you get lots of sleep, eat right, and have some personal time where you can just relax and veg out.
