Sure I can believe that. Almose every state has a crazy law of some sort. I've heard a bunch of them. I read a book full of them at one point, I wish I remember what exactly it was called but I don't. I'm sure there's a lot of websites about them as well, if you're into that sort of thing. Look it up, I'm sure you'll get a laugh or two.

I'd like to know what the history behind that law is. Something pretty "interesting" must have happened the a law to be made about that. Maybe some old fogey whacked someone with a cane.
