My wonderful Italy 4 times, Brazil 5 and the other never won a WC

Italy has won 4 times (1934, 1938, 1982, 2006)
USA, Russia and Spain 0 times

BRAZIL & ITALY have won the FIFA World Cup while UNITED STATES, RUSSIA & SPAIN have not won the World Cup, let alone qualify for the FIFA World Cup final.
