I have seen season five, and i think that it is the best season so far. My favourite ep of the season was the premier of the season, Stewie love lois. I also like season 4 as well, especially the second part of the season.
I believe this because they became (the writers), became more daring and deal with more current world events. The older ones are ok, but because it was made when i was younger, i didn't get a lot of the events that the first three seasons dealt with.
They weren't as daring as they are now in the new seasons. I hope that they current season continues the way it does, because i prob will be the best season ever.

Season 1 & 2 are the best of the lot. A little old school compared to the animation and development of the characters now, but it's still great.
