well both his tests came back positive, so yes he did it.....
You seem a little thin at RB but pretty good team.....

Well, Merriman hasn't been found guilty of anything yet, the league isn't charging him with anything until Nov. 7. The steroid that they found was Nandrolone, which occurs naturally in the body and has been behind many cases of false-positive tests. Tests have proven that certain legal supplements taken in conjuntion with exercise at an elite level can cause spikes in Nandrolone leading to a false-positive. So, even though the media is condemning him, I'm not going to until something conclusive is proven and a sentence is passed down.
As for your picks, good team, little weak at RB.

Yes, I think he did it... He tested positive for the banned substances so how could he have not?
As for your lineup, I'd say you've got a pretty good team going for ya...could use a little more help with the running backs but I imagine you'll do just fine.

GUILTY, first test maybe a mistake but the second one is positive also he is gone and so is the Chargers defense.
I hate it because I have the Chargers defense in my Fantasy League. Looks like i will be shopping for a new defense.
