i hsvr been morbidly pbese for 50 years. Many ideas have not worked. anyone know how to do this? anyone tried it?????

Aromatherapy can help your moods if your are dieting I would suggest peppermint it is invigorating. Or Lavender it is a calming scent and works well in my opinion. But it alone will not help you lose weight. It has to be lifestyle changes along with it. Walking 20 minutes a day and slowly increasing to 30 minutes. A brisk walk. Putting more fruits and veggies in your diet and eliminating fast food altogether. Also try fasting from 7pm to 7am. Or what ever the last time you ate the night before don't eat till that time in the morning. You sleep better. But then again this is just my opinion. Have a great day!

No. Crying won't make you shed pounds. If you are very burdened out and no longer consuming as a lot, you'll shed pounds, however dropping tears shouldn't have any final result for your weight whatever.

There's NO proof that it works. The only way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle, less calories in your body, and exercise.
