I know I am a little off topic, but what do you think of electronic music nowdays?
I think Mp3s are the most popular music format out there..

Well, Jamie Foxx sings and Will Smith raps, but I think that Jamie Foxx is better at what he does. I never thought Will Smith was very skillful with his lyrics. I think Jamie Foxx might be the better actor too, after all, he does have that Oscar. I think Will Smith is a cleaner, more family friendly comedian, but they are both good, and I think they both can full a crowd, but the kind of crowd they can pull is not the same.

Jamie Foxx is an absolute fantastic comedian and I think he has more experience entertaining in that particular field. He definitely will make you laugh. He is also talented musically (actually played the piano in "Ray"). I think his acting is incredible (hence the Oscar he won recently for his portayal of Ray Charles).
Will Smith is an accomplished comedian however, I think his comedy had much to do with his television career on "The Prince of Bel-Air." Was it Will or did he have help from the writers or was it a collaborative effort? He is extremely talented in music with evidence of his rapping career - many hit titles.
I would say they are both tied for being an actor and crowd puller though.

Jamie Foxx certainly had a fantastic portrayal of Ray Charles... Will Smith seems to get more blockbuster roles... like I Robot, Men in Black, and Independence Day. As for who is better, I've seen Jamie Foxx in other roles and feel his performances were very good... but not all that great. Will Smith, with maybe the exception of The Wild, Wild West movie, seems to be very good as well... but not all that great. At this point in their careers, I'd have to give them a tie.

You must be crazy to compare Jamie foxx to Will smith! Jamie Foxx has all the singing, acting, Comic, and crowd pulling hands down. Will Smith is not on top like he used to be in the 1990's. Jamie Foxx is the present and future while Will Smith is pretty much the past.

Will Smith, always and forever...
Jamie Foxx has the tendency to be all over the place...
not good...
I like how simple Will is, he doesn't need a lot of actions to be funny... he doesn't need to be loud to be great... unlike jamie foxx...
