I just want to find real proofs about the "phantom of the opera"was he real? did he really have a home in the cellars? did charles garnier really meet the phantom? did Erik and Christine have a child name charles?

Unfortunately it is fiction.
The entire story came out of the imagination of the French writer Gaston Leroux who wrote the novel in the beginning of the 20th century!
(It was first published as a serialization in Le Gaulois from September 23, 1909 to January 8, 1910. )

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Phantom of the Opera (be it the film or musical) is based on a fictional book by Gaston Leroux, which was first published as a serial from 1909 to 1910. So they're not real.
