I know that if you have intercourse the night before or day of ovulation you are probably going to have a boy given the Shettles method, but what if you had intercourse three and four days also before your ovulation day. Do you think that there is a slightly higher chance of having a girl even though we had intercourse the night before ovulation also. I guess the girls are heartier than the boys and they were probably waiting around for the egg, but maybe the boys from last night got to the egg first also???

I'm not sure what the statistics are, but we conceived the day of ovulation and had a girl. Hope that helps.

I think that chances are 50/50
but it this method is true
then the chance is again back to 50/50 because you might have gotten preg on the days before you were ovulating
because 1-d you were a little bit fretile 2nd fertile 3rd very fertile
the ? you need to ask is if your eggs have gotten insamited during those 3 days will you have still ovulate

well this is what they say. the female sperm is slow but stong and last longer, and male is quike. so if you have sex befor eyou ovulate the female will still be alive the male on't and if you have sex on the day of ovulating then the male gets there faster.

i think the girls would win. they were already waiting for the egg, so they saw it first and when the boys got there it was already fertilized

ive heard if you have sex a few days bfore ovulation then its a chance of a girl.
