Ok, I am 14 and i think it was summer and i told my best friend i was "bi". (really not sure what i am at this moment", and he took it well. But one of the first things he told me was if i liked him he didn't want to be friends with me anymore. Over time i started to like him and i like him alot alot now. What do i do.
(It feels like incest because we are like brothers.)

He already told you he was not interested, You are going to mess your valuable friendship up. I think you should just stay away for a little while. Hang out with someone else. If you say anything like that he will be GONE!!!! Find someone else that is the same way. You are confusing your love for him as a close friend, with your sexual feelings you just said you were still not sure about!. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!

Todd, you cant tell your friend that if you want to stay friends with him. He's obviously not cool with it you already know that. when i was growing up it took me some time to figure out that I liked girls as much as guys. But all my friends would make comments about how gross it was for a girl to mess with another girl. So i never said anything to any of them. looking back , i know it would have made things very uncomfortable, and it would have gotten spread around the school, and you could even be completely outcast. Kids your age just arent ready to deal with those kinds of things yet. Its probably hard enuf for you to deal with it. But when you get a little older, people's minds get a little more open too. For now, I would be careful what you say. and to whom. Not because I think how you feel is wrong, but because you have to protect yourself.

I agree that you are to young fro anything. When you told him you were bi he already told you how he felt so you should know what will happen if you make a move! Just slow down you have alot of time to do what ever you want! Focus on school and then you can make that decision.

Talk to him, find out about his feelings towards you, but not in an obvious way, just like a general conversation. Ask yourself, do you like him just because you know he's off limits too you? Or is it because you know each other so well?
You really need to think, what matters more to you, your friendship with him, or that little chance his feelings have changed and he feels the same as you.

Okay. It's not incest. But it is bad for your friendship with him.
It's okay to be who you are. And he has told you that he still wants to be friends, but not 'boyfriends'. Just be his friend. I had a similar situation when I was younger and I didn't push it. My friend was much happier that I didn't try to date him. Our friendship lasted much longer because I didn't. There are plenty of wonderful people out there for you to date.

give it time... these feelings will go away... just keep it like a secret crush... DO NOT TELL HIM ANYTHING... trust me... i've lost alot of friends this way. just try to not think about him. I know how hard that is but trust me its for the best

I'm assuming that you guys are still hanging out.
what you have to do in make sure he still supports your life style.
You have to make sure that you don't make your friend uncomfortable hanging around you. You have to be up fornt and honest... always.

I think you should communicate this to him. However, sounds like you are confused about your sexuality, so it would not be fair to involve anyone in a relationship until you know certain in your heart.
