There are photocopiers in every convenice store (look at almost any corner!!! 7-11, Family Mart, Circle K, and I dont remember the name of the other one I saw all over).
If you are looking for something like kinco, photo shops can do it, as well as there are some in larger mall areas or in 'american' district of Taibei.

If you only want to photocopy for several pages, try any chained news stand such as 7-Eleven, Family Mart and so on. It is quick although more expensive to photocopy at these chained news stands (at least 2 NT dollars for each A4 page).
Photocopying more than 30 pages should try professional photocopy shops close to universities, such as National Taiwan University (NTU). There are many photocopy shops in the alleys around the NTU and they charge much less (usually less than 1 NT dollar for each A4 page). If you cannot read Chinese signs in front of photocopy shops, stop any student-like pedestrian over there. Most of the time they can speak some English and help you.

Hey, you have to state where you are in? Jurong? Bukit Merah? Alexandra? Telok Blangah? Sengkang? Simei? Bishan? Tampines?
There are plenty of photocopying shops in Queensway Shopping Centre - near IKEA on Alexandra Road. Some photo processing shop and post offices offer copying service
If you are poly or univ student, there are photocopying services within your campus ground.
