Everytime I unplug my laptop from its power supply, basically unplug it from the mains, it cuts out completely, and I have to start it up again. Its always fully charged up, so it's not lack of power causing it! I don't know whats wrong with it! It makes moving from one place to another very diffilcult! If anyone knows anything, it would be apprieciated! Love Em xXx

I think there might be a problem with the back up battery. Even though it says it is charged in might get uncharged in a millisecond. I recoumend you take it to a computer store and ask them to check it out.

Try buying a different battery....of course its gonna say charged up when the batterys screwed up, and its plugged in.

Check what your power settings options are set to.
