My husband and I started to really get into Nascar Kasey's rookie season. We did not want to root for someone that everyone else rooted for, and we both thought that it was kind of cool to root for a rookie that is also the same age as both of us. Also, my husband tends to have what I call the underdog syndrome. He loves to vote for people not expected to win. He has definately had to change this with racing. Kasey is an amazing driver. He will definately be someone to make it far in the sport. I think a part of the sport has absolutely nothing to do with driving. This is the part where you have to step up to the plate, and apologize for your mistakes. Kasey does this, and more I think. He already conducts himself in a way that a champion should. When all of the Evernham/Mayfield mess came out, Kasey would not take sides, and I don't believe this was because he felt if he did his job would be at stake. Kyle Busch has called him nascar's next poster boy. I feel that this is just jealosy talking. I truly believe that in the coming years, Kasey will become one of the great leaders in the sport. I think he is already a great role model. Besides, 6 wins this season says it all. Go Kasey!!

I think that Kasey Kahne and Denny Hamlin will be the NASCAR stars of the future relenquishing senior driver Jeff Gordon to the senior citizens division.

I agree with you 100%! I am also a Dale Jr fan but I have said since Kasey's rookie year that he was the driver to watch....and with 6 wins this year, the most of any driver, he has prooved me right!

I agree. Is there anyone who doesn't like Kasey? He's a good, clean driver and I think he's got a great future ahead of him.

I am, and I have to agree. I think there's a bright future for that young man. Some even compare his driving style to The King.

I agree, he has a lot of talent and good equipment to race. I think he has quite a future ahead of him.
