i have to move it so it wont the noise and then it comes back like in 10seconds i dont know what to do

Really you should hav described the noise!
Every PC makes sound - abiet the fan, or the harddisks arm moving across the disks surface.
If it is squeaking then I would at the least reccomend backing up all important documents as if you have a HD failure then the chances of recovering all of your stuff is slim to say the least.

Turn it off, unplug the monitor, unplug your cables. After a couple of minutes, plug it back in the power, plug the cables back in, and power up.
Still making noises? Is the monitor sitting close to a power source, or an appliance like a tv? Maybe it's interference. You can try and get a thick piece of cardboard and put it in between the monitor and the other object to see if the sound goes away. If it does, then you know there's interference.

You would have to replace it eventually. Buy a new one

it probably broken get a new if its bothering you that much
