um my computer is infected with spyware....HELP! please thanks?

i need help my computer was infected with spyware earlier and i dont know how to get rid of it. any body really good with computers out there that can help thatd be great cuz as u can see i aont 2 good with computers so yea...HELP!!

first do a disk clean up, delete your cache, cookies, and go here
