His works include: Othello, King Lear, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, Henry IV, Richard III, The Tempest, Titus Andronicus, The Taming of the Shrew, The Merchant of Venice, Henry V, As You Like It, Anthony and Cleopatra etc. etc. etc.
That isn't even half of it. Do your research and you'll be fine.

Actually, your question should be "Who WAS William Shakespeare?" Well, he was a writer, mostly well known as a playwright. You should research on him, its probably the easiest assignment you will ever get to do. Some hints, "Romeo and Juliet", "Hamlet", "Othello","...parting is such sweet sorrow...". Well good luck!
