Reports are that they are pressing the NATO forces in Afghanistan now. If we hadn't invaded Iraq, the Taliban wouldn't have figured out how to effectively fight us. Atta boy, George, Dick, and Condi.

The Taliban was never beat in the first place. The USA only had about 15,000 ground troops in Afganistan in the invasion. Not near enough to defeat the Taliban.

The taliban simply went across the border to safety, waited for less US troops, and slowly attack again.

If we wouldn't of invaded Iraq, and concentrated on Afganistan, everything would of been fine.

Trying to become the next Secretary of Defense, are you? You are obviously well qualified. That would be equal to Al Gore telling Kerry how to beat Bush in an election.

They knew from fighting Russia how to effectively defeat us. It is just now that we are bold enough to try to fight where they could possibly defeat us rather than simply bombing man woman and child from 45,000 feet.
