How do you see the housing market in salt lake city?

The downtown is closing down to reinvent itself. forcast is five years. I say ten plus years. Is it worth investing in?

Investing in downtown in particular? I think the time is good, and will be for a couple years for that. The houseing market it general is slowing, but I don't think any bubble will be bursting in SLC. At least not anytime soon. I foresee a leveling off. I don't think you would lose on an investment - that may be the easier response.
