A full rib cage on a woman means that there are no discernible breasts, and on a man it means that he is pigeon chested.
If you are considering this as your goal, reconsider it. Being fat is not a good idea, but find somewhere more in the middle.
That's the problem today: people just have to take their weights to extremes. Whatever happened to just being healthy?

NO! Skinny is good now-days but not THAT skinny. People look unhealthy when theyre like that. Im a girl and I dont like girls like that but I still dont think thats attractive on ANYONE... at all
