If they roll it up and place it in a Post Office Priority Mail BluePrint box, it costs $5.15 via Priority Mail.
Just received one last week so I know it for a Fact.
The box is FREE at the post Office.

If you found a poster on ebay that you are interested in just check with the merchant, most of them list the shipping price when they put it online for sale. It could ship for free with some merchants.
If you want to sell a product and want to know how much to charge call ups or the post office and they will help you with your question.
Different merchants charge different prices. Some charge strictly for the shipping and others charge for the handling as well.

the seller will pay it on the instant yet is charged whilst the customer will pay for the article offered the two through seperate transport/coping with quotes or is lined interior the truthfully fee for the article then the seller shows 'loose transport' for the article upon the close of the sale. individually, the sole people I see reaping benefits a hundred% from Ebay are the transport agencies. I in particular situations ponder whether the USPS does not some how have a right away interest in ebay
