I need a black dress for orchestra by the end of this week. It has to be at least a cap sleeve. No low necks (like the kind that doesn't show cleavage). It must be past my knee so when I sit I don't flash my underwear to the whole audience. Kind cute, too. All the dresses I've seen are frumpy and ugly. Internet addresses would be great. Thanks!

Try forever21.com their quality isn't the best but they have really great prices and a good selection. One option is to get a regular tea length black dress that you could also wear for other occasions and then buy a black bolero or shrug to go over it. That's always really cute!
I discourage shopping online though because you never know if it's going to fit properly. I can't even tell you how many dresses I've bought online and found they're too small or too big. Try Macy's, or Nordstroms, then you'll know for sure if it fits. Also try VictoriasSecret.com they have some cute dresses. hope you find something!

I love White House Black Market. They are in Columbus Ohio but not sure if they are everywhere. Also, try express.
