How much do you want to get to know her? If it is a lot, then take the first step and say hi, how are you. If there is an attraction, it will flow from there. But, if you are really hung up on the age issue, you might just want to let her be, because the age problem will never change. So either make peace with it or move on.

First find out if shes interested in you, then go up and talk to her. You have nothing to lose. I don't think that there is any problem with the age difference as long as its ok with you.

Approach her and see what is up. If she likes you and you her go meet the parents and see if they approve of a senior dating their daughter.
