So, your hubby's a JERK......Like how? If he is controlling and abusive, that's one thing. Define Jerk............I was married for 12 years to an abusive, and controlling sorry excuse for a human being. I definitely consider him to be more than just a jerk. And yes I did fall in love with someone else, I left my husband for another man. If things would have been good between my husband and I then I wouldn't have been looking to replace him. I am truly HAPPY now, I know what love is.

You or the other people may not agree with my answer, but it is a honest answer from me.
I would get to know this person that you say that you are in love with, before divorcing your husband. Being an x-bartender, club manager and working with the public for over 25 years, I have seen people thinking they are in love with someone else, come to find out that was not the right person they wanted either.
Yes, I know several people are going to say not cheat, but that is going to have to be your decision. At least I am being truthful, and someone that has been there, done that, and thinking about doing it again.
Begin thinking about the reasons that you do not like your husband as a jerk.

Number 1: Whatever you did to end up in love with someone else was wrong. You need to stop that emotional connection immediately.
Number 2: Work hard to make your marriage work, regardless of whether your spouse is a jerk.
Number 3: Being a jerk is not acceptable. But, it's a human failing. Give your spouse the freedom to be fallible.

Why is he a jerk? Because he isn't supportive of his wife banging another guy? I suppose you're hoping people are going to say "Oh you poor woman. Divorce the jerk, and find happiness with your wonderful new guy." News flash. If your new guy wasn't a butt hole, he'd never have a relationship with a married woman. AND, if you weren't a bitchy sluot, you wouldn't be be playing with a different guy while married to another. What you do matters little. Scummy people can do just about anything.

was he a jerk when you met him? no or you wouldn't have married him == he is a jerk now so that is what you have made him! So if you get with the guy you are with now he will be a jerk eventually so stay with the jerk you know the grass is never greener with the new jerk

Well if you want your marriage to this real jerk to work you need to go to a marriage counselor.....If you don't give a **** then divorce him and go for the guy you love...

Well if you don't love the jerk than you shouldn't be with him, because your not being fair to yourself, if your with someone you don't even love. Follow your Heart!

Even though he is a jerk break it off with him first, dont cheat on him, I have been cheated on and it hurts really bad. It wouldnt been half as bad if he would have told me first.
