Chemistry help!!! Please help me!!!?

Question

Can 2 electrons in the same atom have exactly the same set of quantum numbers? Can 2 electrons occupy the same space orbital in an atom? How?

Are they both yes??
and for the "How?" is it by spinning in opposite directions??

Please Help ASAP!!! thanks bunches!!!
