A Little Black Dress.
A wig.
Black bra and Thong.
Black Fishnets
Make Up should be red lipstick, natural color eye shadow, foundation and blush.
Black Purse.
Press on nails and red polish.
2'' high heels black.

if your going as a girl then dress the part ; panties and a bra O YES shave your legs to but most of all have fun . its what you wear on the outside that makes feel good inside

Yes and enjoy the dressing experience in public. Start with a nice blond wig, full makeup, mascara, blush, foundation, lip stick, a nice black matching bra and panty set ( bra seamless, panties granny panties full briefs and nylon Vanity fair is very nice), then a pair of black Leggs pantyhose and a very sexy red dress and to finish it off 3" red heels.

i think u should go as a girl of Halloween. if u were a bra get one the fits good or stuff one. if u are going to Ware panties were thongs the are a lot more comfortable that any thing else

definetly you should go as a woman. make sure you go as woman you would see in a rap video. you should wear panties and pantyhose to cover the hair on your legs. high heels are a must if you want your costume to be good. tell your sister or girlfriend to do your make up, tell her you want your face over done, and have your nails done and practice your tone of voice.

Wear a dress/ skirt and shirt,
And highheels.
I don't know about a bra.
Wear clip-on earrings, a necklace, bracelet and ring.
For makeup wear a lot of pink/red blush, red lipstick, and pinkish eyeshadow. Also try fake sparkly eye lashes.
