From the answers so far it seems like i should explain: Please imagine our current Presiding Commander to be Jesus Christ, son of God. Based on what you know about him from the scriptures or what you hear from others, please ponder and write what you think he might do. I understand the this is not a very likely situation but please dont squelch your creativity with an irrelavant answer.

Well - I think he would completely take all of the funding from defense and put it into healthcare....

Most other politicians would call him a liberal crack-pot for this....

Then he would spend alot of time hanging out with prostitutes and healing people with AIDS (which would also garner him alot of criticism).

At least he would never have one of those antagonizing ad campaigns that just insults the other party.... he would love them just the same.

First i'm going to wonderful the boy that pronounced Bush "Sr" did no longer run "while he could desire to". Bush "Sr" became Reagan's vice chairman for all 8 years, and he became vice chairman while he ran for and gained the Presidency in 1988. seems that Bush Hatred Syndrome in a roundabout way reasons liberals to declare issues that are no longer real, and the boy who pronounced Bush "Sr' did no longer run is an occasion of this. the answer to this question is 1952 while Eisenhower beat Stevenson. Eisenhower became a militia universal. Stevenson became governor of Illinois. In 1968, Hubert Humphrey, who became Johnson's vice chairman, ran and Nixon beat him.

First of all, He would not be politically correct enough to get elected, but if He were in the position:

A) He would again throw all of the hirelings (people being payed to run their mouths) out of the church and upset their money flow.

B) He would again point out all the realities of truth that relate to the "sins of Judah (that so many prophets speak about)" that the church has been covering up.

C) He would show the people how all the things He did in the past concerning personal healing speak symbolically of things needing to be done today concerning the symbolically corresponding ails of society.

D) He would again follow in the footsteps of the father Abraham and his faith by departing from the evil (religious) leadership of Eliezar in order to follow the will of God.

E) He would again organize many disciples to show the people how to follow such leading and to take His message not to those considered to be the Israelites, but to the lost sheep of Israel instead (those who do not even know that due to the qualitiy of honesty in their hearts they are the present chosen of God)

F) He would again teach only His closest inner circle of disciples about the secrets of the kingdom of heaven that the modern day priests have again locked away and prevented all from obtaining.

G) He would again vanish into an "ascent" in influence and power that would again become the primary example of divine leadership in the world for not just another couple of millennia, but for an eternity.

The results of all this, however, corresponding to the letter headings above would be as follows:

A) Preachers would again accuse of him of blasphemy and violating the law and try to get him arrested.

B) Preachers would again argue with Him about his sources and His logic and try to catch Him in His words.

C) Both religious and political leaders would again feel very threatened about the miracles of the healing He would do in society.

D) He would again tell those trying to have Him arrested tht He would be going to a place they cannot go and that when they seek to go there, they would not be able to, as they would not be welcomed by all those who would be there who had gone through great distress to overcome them in order to get there.

E) He would again be accused of racketeering and of starting a cult with all His disciples, and of anti-Semitism for taking His salvation to those who deserve it.

F) He would again be accused of violating the (unwritten and political) law against teaching the people about all the intricacies of how modern religion and politics work against the people.

and G) He would again sit down at the right hand of God and watch everything start going His way again.

Nothing. He is not a US citizen, so he can't be elected.
I'm pretty sure dying would also disqualify him

Additional...It's bad enough having an idiot for a president....Please do not invent a situation where we have an imaginary being

I would like to see that, but I doubt he would get elected. The American people seem to think you have to be a liar to be a good politician.

I seriously doubt Jesus would want anything to do with America or politics. He wouldn't have anything to do with religion either for that matter.
