RadioShack, Walmart, Kragen, Autozone and anywhere else they sells automotive parts will have the lighter socket. Whether it fits or not depends on your car. Most are made to be universal but some car configurations have the socket in a dash or behind a little door or whatever.
I broke mine on my 96 Honda Accord and fixed it with one I got from Walmart for about five bucks.

you can get it in any car parts store. Don't know where you are from so can't say any names. You can ask the parts dealer to help you, just tell them the make and year of your car and they will help

Halfords, who will fit it for you or motorworld but you'll have to fit it yourself. Assuming that your in the uk.
