A long time ago I watched an older show from like the 60s or something like that. On it was this stuffed creature, the kind that you know someone is in it, but it's still good for little kids. Think it was musical group based, not sure it was the Monkees but not completely positive. Do any of you know what this show was, the creature was their friend.

Don't remember much, just that it was colorful and there was this creature and four guys I think.

The kids' show with "stuffed creatures" that was based on a musical group similar to the Monkees was probably The Banana Splits - Bingo, Fleagle, Drooper, and Snorky.

Most assuredly not the Monkees. Maybe you are thinking about HR PuffinStuff.

There was H.R Puffinstuff or Banana Splits in the 70s. And there was another program that has been tickling my brain but can't get out. No matter how close it comes to reaching my tongue it just can't make it out. It will drive me crazy untill I remember what it was.
But maybe H.R.P... or B.S. is the show you are thinking of.

Try this site for Sid and Marty Krofft. If it was one of their shows it will most likely be on there.
