Wha`sup with professional Cleaning Businesses now days? They put blisters or puckered the material on my suit jacket during the press. and I keep getting some of my clothes back..."jacked" with missing parts and pieces. Crumpled shoulder pads. spots that I probably could have cleaned myself, but the garments label reads professional clean only. Where, Who, I`ve tried quite a few (three so far), "please Help" I`m losing money and nice clothes. Can they be reported for their negligence to someone? Who?

Thanks, I was thinking Better Business Bur.Because the Lady at the counter told me they`d even sent some of her clothes back with stains still in them, she also added they get so many clothes, that they don`t have time to pay close attention to each garment as they come through. (well she told me this in confidence), but stated there wasn`t much to be done about it, but she offered to send the jacket back so they could do it over @ no charge to me. well...

It's "Show & Tell Time". Show them the damages and tell them they need to reimburse you. Maybe their insurance will cover it. If they refuse, then tell them you will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe other people have complained about that company.
