I love gray sweaters, and if it is a cable knit one, that is even better, those are cuter... you have a lot of options.
You can wear it with kahkis. Beautiful kahkis will bring out the grey color and details of the sweater.
You can wear it with a skirt, perferably a pretty colored one, like dark red. Since it is fall, you can match this look with tights.
You can wear it with a pair of dark jeans, and wear a white collered long sleeve shirt under the sweater, with the collar out. The white will bring out the dark denim and the grey sweater. With this idea, add a colorful detail to the look, like a colorful scarf in your hair, or pretty dangly earings, or a vintage pin on your sweater.
You can wear it with light colored jeans (my fav) and to spice things up, wear a scark around the hip area of your jeans, where a belt would go.
Girl, you have MANY options, just be yourself and have fun with your beautiful sweater!

It depends on how long the sweater is. If it is long, where it with leggings and a wide belt and if it is shorter you can still where it with a wide belt but match it with a jean skirt and boots or skinny jeans and boots or pumps. It looks great!

Try a black knit miniskirt, maybe a fuzzy knit. If you can wear black or gray cableknit hose with this outfit, you will look (and be) very warm indeed.

ohhh I somewhat have those......yet in army blue ... in case of gray you would possibly want to truly positioned on them with any coloration sooo you would possibly want to positioned on loose swearters or sweartshirts or possibly like a common accurate without or with kinds, doesnt count number truly ! with cardigans over them they flow properly with shoes, convers, uggs, boots those rain boots are in now you would possibly want to accurate it with different knit stuff also like a sweater and then like gray wool infinety scarves ! or in basic terms undeniable scarves, the coloration of your shoes ! something works with those ! desire i helped :)

pretty much anything. (Althought I really don't like cable knits and cordoroy together - too much texture!!)
it'd be cute with a black skirt and black boots
try pink under (t-shirt or tank)
cute with a puffy vest over it (probably not with the skirt)

Black slacks or gouchos (i think thats what they are called, look like a skirt but knee length slacks) with black boots.
