ive jus uninstalled nero on my pc, when i restarted it, i got this error message and internet explorer, windows live messanger and system restore wont work, how can i resolve this

the nero i uninstalled was nero 7 demo version

Try uninstalling Power Cinema and then reinstalling it.

Where did you get your copy of Nero - looks to me like it is not a legit copy. If it is then you should contact their techinical support directly.
If it is not a legitimate copy then, no offence, you kinda put yourself in this situation, and unless somebody was in front of your pc, the chances of properly fixing it are very slim.

Go into the help menu when you open nero there should be a support or go to their site and download a patch or a update to fix this.
