Go as a redhead, in a green dress...and put doubled up water balloons into a D cup bra, so you get that jiggling effect! LOL!!!

You gave us no ideas of what you want. If you want something sexy, wear a skirt and some heels. Get a wig and wear a bra. If not, get a big moo moo and go as a huge woman.
