I got new glasses over the weekend and nobody in the office said anything. I'm very hurt. Should I say something?

Yeah - say something. Some people eh. When I shaved my mustache off after more than a year with a hairy lip, some of my work buddies took over a week to notice!!!

I am sure you look good in your new glasses, you should its rude not to say anything about someones haircut or new glasses. Normally it wouldn't upset me if no on noticed, but if I haven't seen someone in a long time then it pisses me off.

You shouldn't get upset about one of these things, people probably notice but never say anything. Tomorrow will probably be a good day, or just say to them in a friendly manner that you got new glasses and ask them what they think.

Yes sometimes, especially if a person you talk to all the time doesn't notice. Then like a week later they'll say something about it and then you can make them feel like an a$$ for not noticing sooner lol

That's totally unacceptable. Don't even put up with it. Tomorrow morning, you need to march in there, walk up to those jerks, kick them in the shins, scream, "Now I bet you wish you would have paid a little more attention to me and my new glasses!," and then run away as quickly as you can without your new glasses falling off.

Oh I'm sorry! I would have noticed. Some people just don't pay attention to details as others do. It's Monday and everyone is busy.
Nope don't tell them. Then when they finally do noticed you can make them feel really dumb!

I wouldn't get hurt by it... Don't even give them the chance to not notice... Point it out as soon as they walk by... be like, "Hey Iman Idiot! I got some rockin new glasses!! Aren't they cool?!?" That way they have no choice but to notice them AND compliment you...
Works for me every time.....

The part of that, thats the most annoying is, if you dont get your hair colored, and someone mentions your roots!!
People are to caught up in their own lives, to notice things like that sometimes, dont let it bother you.

i get a little upset. I had long hair and i got it cut really short and no one noticed, or when i dyed my hair red! iT does kinda bother me. But i have a good friend who notices when i paint my nails! So its all good ^-^
