I just love period dramas, very raunchy for bbc. Actually i really like Sarah Walters books fingersmith just as good. Could watch them over and over again.

I thought it was fab - I've read Fingersmith by the same author
and that was just as good.
Was pretty saucy in places, especially for mainstream tv (I think Mr H found the painted ladies appealing... which is okay as long as he doesn't expect me to try it out - would be a nightmare to wash body paint out of the sheets)
