Easy... find out what motivates you. Is it the giving to someone? Do you feel that you know who you are? Maybe this is your journey. To find out who you actually are, no matter what in life you've already achieved.
Perhaps you lack some sort of challenge now, and that's what is holding your excitement back? What would you find hardest to do in life... go for that. It will challenge you and hold your attention, and give you purpose.
Perhaps doing everything you've ever wanted left you with the feeling of having been and done it all, but before you know it, the world will have turned and you will be facing it anew.
Imagine you were in a car crash - tomorrow - and you didn't wake up for 20 years. What would you like to have done in those years? What would shock you in the world that had moved on?

Sounds like you have money. If I was you I would make a list of things I would like to do that I have not done - there is no way you've seen everything. Sorry, no way. Make a list of books you would like to read but haven't read. Go smell the roses. Plant a garden. Get your hands dirty - join Habitat for Humanity or something like that - instead of stroking a check do some manual labor - and feel how that feels at the end of the day. If I was in the financial position that you apparently are, I would do a little research online and then go visit as many of the mystical sights I could on this earth. Easter Island, the aboriginal outback, Stone Henge, Glastonbury, Machu Pichu, the Pyramids, the Mayan Ruins....and on and on and on. There's so much to do and see in this world and if you have the means to do it -do it. Life is too short. What about hobbies? Do you like to act? Paint? Play music? Cook? Learn a new skill....God I would love to have the luxury of time that you have. Have fun my friend!

You enjoy helping others.
You sound as if you are alone. No one to share life with?
You have experienced everything you have ever wanted....wow!
You're disillusioned and wonder how others deal with it?....wow!
There are not that many people who have gotten to experience the luxury but many who have experienced the poverty part of your spectrum.
I myself have never known any riches, only in my dreams. But my life is far from boring. I have a new adventure nearly every week. I find enjoyment in the simpler things. A lovely, fragrant flower. A tiny baby skunk squeaking for it's mother. A rainstorm. Watching lightning in the sky. A beautiful deep snowfall to throw myself into.
Maybe you should take a trip somewhere to relax and think and dream.

I'm guessing you are between 26 and 33 - this is a typical mid twenties crisis.
Time to focus on the little things again. Froget flash cars and drinking and clubbing and foreign holidays. Look for the beauty in the mundane. Look at spiders cobwebs, the clouds, the smile on someone's face, the way a machine works, the pattern of raindrops on a window pane. This is what I do when it all gets too much and not enough all at the same time.

Get involved in politics, I had all kinds of fun, I had the pleasure to work for some very good candidates, some were elected and some were not. I had the chance to meet many famous Canadian Politicians from all parties. So give it a try, make sure you pick the party you really believe in.

it's because of ur standards..i guess u set it to be exciting if u have all the money u need...that's not how it works...money cant buy happiness, only those that dont have it says that...once u have it..u will still feel empty...try to do some good deeds...and it will genuinely make u feel better and excited

Sounds like you need a new challenge. Why not take up something artistic and therapeutic, or go and work in a Romanian orphanage?

your in a rut. if your getting satisfaction from helping others, then use that for your "my time" until an idea comes to you. guess getting the world on the platter and all your dreams come true ain't all its cracked up to be.
