Are you sure we still got cheap barbers in SG. The standard rate is around $ 8/- for barbers in neighbourhood centre

My neighbourhood (Clementi) have some barber shop, I never go there, if you are looking for Malay/Indian barbers that's it. I don't think there are Chinese barbers anyway in Singapore, it's rare these days.

In singapore, HDB heartland shops are cheaper than those in shopping centres. Indian or Malay barber's price is cheapest for basic cut (for man only).
