Do you mean combinations or permutations?
If you only want to pick 4 of the 5 digits, and order is irrelevant, then the answer is 5 (simply pick the one number to leave out). This can also be represented as 5C4 (5 choose 4) which is equal to: 5! / (5-4)! 4! ---> 120 / (1 * 24) = 5.
If you mean permutations, where order does matter, then it is more than this. You have 5 choices for the first digit, 4 for the second, 3 for the third and two for the last. It turns out this is equivalent to 5! (since the last digit is left out) or 120.
