first of all these 2 people can't be compared! they do not belong in the same category together. i don't know about jamie but jay an record a whole song all the way through, no pen, no paper needed. yea, he's just that incredible. jamie is a comedian and has the crown on that level. both are crowd pleasers and stars but jay-z has the upper hand at this one. both have been around for over 10 years. jay-z in the music business and jamie foxx in the comedy business. they are both great but, i give this one to jay-z, hands down!

My vote is for Jamie Foxx. Jamie is funny, with a beautiful voice, and a talented pianist. I'd pay money to see him in concert, or a comedy gig any day of the week.
