You can buy little wire mesh "baskets" that fit in various drains at Bed Bath & Beyond or Ace Hardware. The mesh is too small for most insects to come through. I have these in my apartment.

first pour a half gallon of bleach, then follow with the hot faucet on for a while, after that, go to the hardware store and tell them the types of pipes you have and get a good drain cleaner you have a bad infestation in your pipes, the bleach will kill the immediate bugs, but the drain cleaner will get the rest, good luck with it, you may need to call a plumber and get some new sections of pipe run if you cant get rid of them, but it will be worth it at that point!

Try getting the stuff you use when you spray for bugs in your home yourself, you know like those gallon bottles of bug spray and pour it down the drain also try spraying outside around the pipes and then always keep your drains closed when your not using them.

Do the other things already mentioned plus, shut your drains after each use. They can't come inside your house if the drain is shut.

I think you need to hire a professional exterminator for that one.
