Dude, that's pretty simple. Fist, unscrew the screws and take off the trucks. So, then when the deck is without the trucks, get a blade (those for cutting paper and cardboards and stuff) and insert the tip of the blade right between the griptape and the board. And then, lift the part of the grip where you inserted the blade and lift it, carefully, and when you lifted a piece big enought to hold with the hands, just pull it off, but be careful, it can tear. If it tears just insert the blade again and lift it.

P.D: And by the way, you may want to know how to put a griptape on a deck. So, fist, peel off the grip from the paper, as a sticker. Then place the grip over the deck, but make sure it covers the whole board and don't push it. Then, push it to stick it, but make sure it gets flat and not with air bubbles. Then take something like a screwdriver or anything that is a metallic bar and rub it right on the edge of the deck, and the shape of the deck will be marked on the grip. So then get the blade and cut it right on the edge, following the line marked. And that's it. Good luck.

what u do is u get a hairdryer and a razor and u get under it and peel it up just a little. Then, you blow it dry this will heat it up. peel it off. once its not able to pull off anymore just so the same. It takes a very long time but its very effective.
