Check for a shorted Trailer Plug, or wiring to the Trailer plug.
Does it blow the fuse for the Hazard flashers as well ?

Does it blow when you turn the directional switch either direction as in just left or just right ?

you've got a short somewhere. Meaning it grounds before the switch and/or the bulbs. It draws too many amps and blows the fuse. You'll have to look through the wire bundle to find it. Start at places where the wires are likely to rub. behind the nose piece, behind the tail light housing and where they enter the passenger area through the firewall. Any bare piece of wire should be fixed. If the fuse blows when you do something like turn on the right blinker for example start with that circuit. It will take some time but once it's found it's an easy fix.

A blown fuse, or several as a fact, mean that your circuit is being overloaded, perhaps the blinker bulb you have is not the correct one? or have you installed any new electronical devices lately? such like mp3 player deck etc? that could be one problem. All in all, try checking the circuits (lots of work)
