Good deeds project good deeds from their benefactors. Evil deeds project evil deeds from their victims. In this sense, Karma is real.

However, this is not a reflective process. It is not the case that positive effort always yields positive feedback, nor the case that abusive behaviour yields abuse in return. Sometimes, **** just happens. You've just got to pick yourself up and contribute what you can.

I guess I'll start with the words; In my opinion heheheh.
In my opinion I follow a belief system based on karma its downfalls and its graces.I truly believe in the positive flow of energy in and around us.I truly believe the more good you do the more good that will return to you.The circle of balance...
But I also believe in the reverse of this flow the more negative or harm you do or put out into the world, the more it will return to you.
I don't follow any particular religion so its not something that i believe in because I NEED something to believe in but more something that I base the reasoning of life on.Each good deed done puts that positive flow into the world and then maybe; not right away but some time when I need it most it will return to me in a positive flow.
A good example of my belief system would be from the basis of the movie "Pay It Forward".

Any way that's just my opinion the greatest gift offered by "Creator" or whom so ever you choose to believe is freewill. The ability to have a choice you don't have to agree with my opinion but thanks for allowing me to share it...

I used to believe in this overstated comment. Once I became a Christian I realized that this was taken from the Bible, you reap what you sow. Although the idea and meaning has been adopted by religious sectors that have sprung up, they in fact are proving the Word of God to be true, but putting a twist on it...the universe will get you back for the energy you put out. Let's give God the credit He deserves...He has told us there is nothing new, it has all been done before...How soothing it is to know that His Word stands the test of time and does not borrow from anything else....How could He, He created it all! Hope that helps!

Yeah I believe in karma. At my old school I used to ignore all the new kids, now that I am new myself I find that most people are ignoring me. Now THAT is karma. =D

The idea of karma is a load of sh!t.
I've done my share of bad things, and I've paid for them.
I've also done my share of good deeds, and have been sh!t on in return.
The Laws of Thermodynamics and Laws of Conservation DO NOT apply to clean living! One good deed does NOT beget another,no matter how hard you try to pass it on.It's more accurate to say that the Law of Entropy applies to good deeds. That is to say that an ordered system will always tend towards disorder.
Any ordered system requires more effort to maintain than is returned by the same system!
F*CK karma! .....It's like the Capitalist system!...It pays fewer people than it takes away from!

Karma saves you the effort of revenge. Stuff does catch up with people eventually, maybe not materially or physically, more often at a cost to peace of mind, but it does catch up.
